Update regarding IBC-VSNE Basava Jayanthi Dasoha Food Drive 2023. Happy to announce that we received generous donations in cash and food items from our community to help achieve our Dasoha Food Drive goal of donating 2,000 pounds of food. Thank you all for your generous donation. 

Yesterday, June 3, 2023, Saturday morning, group of diverse volunteers from our community including ladies, children,  gentlemen, members & EC of both IBC and VSNE taking their personal valuable weekend time came and helped deliver the food items donation to food pantry, St. John’s Food for the Poor Program in Worcester, MA.

Food pantry expressed their gratitude to the entire IBC and VSNE community members. Also sincerely appreciated the Dasoha food drive and thanked volunteers to delivering the food items donations inside the food pantry. According to Mike, one of the food pantry person in-charge, our donation of food items would meet about 5-6 months need for the pantry. It’s a worthy to take a note and be proud of this accomplishment by our community. 

Once again thanks everyone in participating in this noble cause and help making a difference.

Thanks to all the donors, volunteers and both IBC & VSNE EC members in making the Basava Jayanthi Dasoha Food Donation Drive 2023 a grand success. It wouldn’t have been possible without your dedication, commitment and support.
